OVERVIEW
Welcome to Camour! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Camour. Camour operates this store and website to provide you with a curated shopping experience for our t-shirts, clothing, and apparel (the "Services"). Camour is powered by Shopify. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or sell your account to anyone else.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
Camour sells t-shirts, clothing, and apparel. Please note:
- Screen colors may differ from the actual product color due to device settings.
- Sizing is approximate — refer to our size chart before ordering.
- Print placement may vary slightly per garment.
- We reserve the right to discontinue or change any product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only after we send an acceptance email and process your payment. Please review your size, quantity, and address carefully before submitting — we may not be able to cancel after acceptance. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST and other applicable taxes will be added at checkout. Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of your order is final and shown in your confirmation email. You must provide accurate and complete payment information.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship across India and select international destinations. All delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays due to couriers, incorrect addresses, customs, or events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Domestic orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Camour designs, graphics, logos, artwork, and brand elements are our exclusive intellectual property protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our designs without written permission. The Camour name and logo are our trademarks.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" without any warranty. Use of such tools is at your own risk and we have no liability for them.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Access them at your own risk.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Camour is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with Camour. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases from us. You release Shopify from all claims related to your transactions with Camour.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Your data may be shared with Shopify and our logistics partners to fulfill your orders.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
By submitting reviews or feedback, you grant Camour a royalty-free license to use, publish, and promote that content. Your feedback must be honest, accurate, and your own. We may remove content that is offensive, false, or violates these Terms.

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing, product descriptions, or availability at any time, including after an order is placed.
