1. OVERVIEW
At Camour, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your t-shirts and clothing orders across India. Please read this carefully before placing your order.
2. WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, including metro cities, tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and most rural areas. Delivery availability depends on our courier partners' serviceability at your pin code.
If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours of placing your order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
3. FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and is valid for all pin codes we service within India. Shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders go through a quality check and packing process before dispatch. Please allow the following processing times:

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and the courier partner assigned to your order.

6. COURIER PARTNERS
We work with reputed courier partners to deliver your orders including:
- Delhivery
- Shiprocket
- Blue Dart
- Xpressbees
- DTDC
- India Post (for remote pin codes)
The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your pin code and availability at the time of dispatch. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate courier partner for your delivery location.
7. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your AWB (Air Waybill) tracking number
- A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time
You can also track your order by:
- Visiting the courier partner's website and entering your AWB number
- Logging into your Camour account and checking your order status
- Contacting us at mkmkataria007@gmail.com with your order number
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active on the courier's system.
8. PACKAGING
All Camour orders are packed with care to ensure your clothing arrives in perfect condition. We use:
- Poly mailer bags for standard apparel orders
- Reinforced boxes for bulk or gift orders
- Tissue wrapping inside to protect garments from moisture and friction
- Tamper-evident sealing on all packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered with, damaged, or open, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately at mkmkataria007@gmail.com.
9. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package. If delivery fails:
- After the 1st failed attempt, the courier will attempt redelivery the next business day.
- After the 2nd failed attempt, the package may be held at the nearest courier facility for up to 5 days.
- After the 3rd failed attempt or if uncollected, the package will be returned to Camour (RTO — Return to Origin).
Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address, or provide an alternate contact number at checkout so the courier can coordinate.
10. RETURNED TO ORIGIN (RTO)
If your order is returned to us due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refusal to accept the package
- Unreachable recipient
The following will apply:
- We will notify you via email once the package is received back at our facility.
- You may request a re-shipment — re-shipping charges will apply even if your original order qualified for free shipping.
- Alternatively, you may request a store credit or refund (excluding original shipping charges, if any). Refunds are processed per our Refund Policy.
Camour is not responsible for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
11. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us within 2 hours at mkmkataria007@gmail.com and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch. We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch.
12. DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s) before use or washing.
- Email us at mkmkataria007@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
- We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us at mkmkataria007@gmail.com. We will raise a formal inquiry with the courier partner. Resolution may take 7–14 business days depending on the courier's investigation process.
We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided at the time of ordering.
13. BULK AND WHOLESALE ORDERS
For bulk orders (10 or more items), please contact us at mkmkataria007@gmail.com before placing your order. Bulk orders may have:
- Custom processing timelines (5–10 business days)
- Special packaging arrangements
- Negotiated shipping rates
Bulk orders are dispatched only after full payment confirmation.
14. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid via our accepted payment methods at checkout.
15. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND PEAK SEASONS
Processing and delivery times may be extended during:
- National and state public holidays
- Festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, New Year, etc.)
- Sale events (End of Season Sale, Flash Sales, etc.)
During such periods, please allow an additional 2–4 business days beyond the standard timelines. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated via email.

Camour reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
