How long does delivery take within India?

We offer Pan-India shipping. Orders for Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. For Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, please allow 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email once your order is dispatched.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags. Given the premium nature of our drops, we ensure a smooth pickup process from your doorstep. Please note that a nominal reverse-shipping fee may apply unless the product is defective.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. A small convenience fee is added for COD orders to cover additional courier handling. For a faster checkout and priority processing, we recommend using UPI or Credit/Debit cards.

What should I do if my package is tampered with?

Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging or the Teevore security tape appears tampered with. Please take a photo of the package and contact our support team immediately so we can investigate with the courier partner.

Are the prices inclusive of GST?

Yes, all prices listed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). There are no hidden charges at checkout. You will receive a formal GST invoice with your order for your records.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven't been dispatched. To modify an address or size, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email immediately. Once an order is in 'Shipped' status, no changes can be made.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Indian payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Net Banking. Our payment gateway is 100% secure and encrypted.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated tracking number via email. You can also track your order directly on our website under the 'Track Order' section using your Order ID and phone number.

To maintain the premium feel and graphic longevity: Wash inside out in cold water, use a mild detergent, and do not iron directly on the prints. Avoid tumble drying; air drying is best for our high-GSM cotton fabrics.

Are these limited edition drops?

Yes, many of our collections are 'Limited Drops.' Once a specific design or colorway sells out, we rarely restock it in its original form. This ensures exclusivity for our community of collectors.
